At Gramma’s House AFH, we cater to the individual needs of our residents. We make sure that our staff members are always available to address their different needs and make sure that each service is provided with utmost respect. Being trusted as the residential facility of choice is an honor for us and thus we do our best to ease family members’ worries about their loved ones’ welfare in our facility by showing, rather than telling, that their loved ones are well-taken care of. We go beyond offering care services. We also introduce activities that allow residents to enjoy themselves and bond with each other.

*Our caregivers are trained and are qualified to provide individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and mental health issues support.

With our customized services, we aim to promote residents’ well-being while ensuring that their abilities to care for themselves are also respected. We take a holistic approach to our services and thus aim to promote our residents’ physical, social, and emotional wellness.
